Many faults can develop over long periods of time & a regular health check can be an effective way to spot developing problems before they become a serious fault.

A detailed analysis of the electronic system data is the most effective method to confirm the energy efficiency of City Multi systems. When energy efficiency has been improved following a health check the cost of carrying out the health check will often seem like a very good investment.

When top money has been spent on state of the art energy efficient air conditioning systems it makes sense to ensure it continues to work at peak efficiency.

Tim uses a number of techniques to extract recorded historical data from the systems & monitor the current operating data to identify any developing problems & ensure the systems are operating at maximum energy efficiency. 

A detailed report is issued which highlights any current issues which need to be resolved with the systems & also identifies any trends which could lead to problems later.

Tim will often spot opportunities to enhance or improve the energy efficency of the systems & suggestions will be also included in the report.

Long term data logging can be deployed to identify intermitent problems with the systems & identify temperature & humidity problems within the occupied space.

Validation Survey                                      ' hit the ground running '

Taking on the maintenance contract for a large Mitsubishi City Multi installation can be a big stab in the dark. Maintenance records, schematic diagrams, as installed drawings, O&M manuals, commissioning data all too often get misplaced along the way. Air conditioning systems are replaced or modified.

It can often take a new maintenance engineer a number of days just to locate & identify the address & group orientation of the units on a large site if no detailed records have been left or handed over.

Without detailed information about the system layout & set up troubleshooting becomes an unnecessary time consuming process.

A validation survey can be used to confirm exactly what equipment is on site, how it is set up & if it is currently working. Identify the correct refrigerant charge for each system for the F gas record log.

The survey report can include a basic health check report which can be used to identify what maintenance repair work will be required immediately & can therefore be used to help estimate initial maintenance costs.

Mitsubishi Electric City Multi systems are subject to the F Gas Regulations.

Typically a 10% loss of refrigerant charge can result in a 20% increase in electrical power consumption. 

By using advanced monitoring techniques Tim can provide a detailed data report to confirm if the systems are operating with an appropriate refrigerant charge & identify any system which is operating with any refrigerant under charge. 

If the refrigerant charge information is nolonger available from the original installation, Tim can accurately calculate the system refrigerant charge for each system required by the F gas record log.
