Tim has been commissioning Mitsubishi City Multi systems since 1992 when Mitsubishi Electric first introduced City Multi VRF systems into the UK market.
While Tim can carry out all pre commissioning & final commissioning procedures we are fully flexible to include the contractor's requirements.
Contractors usually prefer to carry out most of the precommissioning procedures such as pressure testing, evacuation & address settings as this can be carried out by the installation engineers.
Most contractors request our service for final commissioning which can include any of the following items.
1/ Calculate & charge the refrigerant trim charge based on the contractor's estimate of pipe lengths.
2/ Test run system & monitor to ensure correct operation.
3/ Identify & assist contractor to resolve any control wiring or address setting problems.
4/ Fine tune optional settings for optimum performance.
5/ Record operating data for commissioning sheets.
6/ Program set up & test central controls such as G50 or AG150.
7/ Integrate any Lossney & split systems into central control.
8/ Attend handover meeting & provide detailed explanation of system control for the end user.
9/ Produce commissioning report.
